Here at Kings Cross Tantra we like to make sure our clients are fit and healthy, and winter is a time where this can get out of control very quickly! Today we’re going to give you a few hints about not going too crazy on the comfort food this year! We all know where it leads us when the spring finally returns. And if there’s one thing we and our tantric massage girls know, it’s no matter how cold the winter, there’s a springtime ahead!
Be careful about staying in
We all like to stay in when the weather is cold outside, but this can quickly get out of hand. We know a little something about this. The girls who make our tantric massage business possible, all stay in most of the day, waiting for a call! But they have systems in place to help them. They do a lot of working out indoors actually. Press ups, sit ups, little HIIT workouts etc. It’s all possible if you’re planning to stay in more. It doesn’t mean you have to stop moving. So watch out for Netflix and stay off the Just Eat app as much as possible.
It’s winter and we all love comfort food. Nothing like sitting back on the sofa with a huge bowl of popcorn, or a steaming hot pizza right? Well, you don’t have to do that. You can do it now and then of course. Winter will make you burn more calories anyway, to keep your body warm, but don’t overdo it. You need to get in some fresh fruit and vegetable. Snack on sensible stuff. You’ll thank us when the spring comes.
Watch the booze!
We’ve all had some bad experiences with the booze, right? Our tantric massage professionals try to avoid this as much as possible, but they do like to let their hair down now and then. However, “now and then,” can sometimes also get out of control, depending on who you are and what’s happening of course! Again, a little is fine, just don’t go crazy! That “beer belly” can soon appear!
