There’s a lot of information around for women when it comes to “the change,” but not so much for men. We’re not talking about a male version of the menopause here either (an ironic title for something that women suffer with!) We are sensual massage experts anyway, not medical practitioners. But we do know about men, as we have consistently pointed out on this blog. So, we’re just sharing with you some ideas on coping with your body as you grow older and begin to experience some things that you may find depressing, or even distressing at times.
You’re not 18 anymore
So, you’re not a young man anymore. We don’t want to trivialise it in any way, but there is something you need to know to begin with. Before you start worrying that you can’t do this or that anymore, consider what you can do now that you’re older. You are hopefully wiser, smarter, more respectful and admiring of women, more focused on the important things in life and overall a more compassionate and attractive person to be around. This is the main reason women find older men so much more attractive.

These are pretty important. You know the muscle you contract in your groin when you cut off the flow of urine? That’s the muscle you need to start exercising. The muscles include: prostate, anus and urethra and they stretch right around to your coccyx. You can exercise these muscles pretty much anytime you like. You simply sit there, or stand there, or lay there and contract the muscles. Start out with three sets of contractions, three times a day, then move them up to 50. Take a rest day between; they are muscles and they need a chance to rebuild just like any other!
